Holiday home in Højer

This spacious and older holiday cottage is located on a very large plot in the scenic marsh land and overlooking the ocean. The plot is 14.921 m² and has access to the Wadden Sea. The house was built in 1888 and was partly renovated in 2006. The house is kept in an older style. The kitchen is separated in 2 sections, the older part has a wooden cooker and pantry and the other part has dish washer etc. There are 3 living rooms, all have wood-burning stove, a dining room, a small office and a conservatory. All bedrooms are located on 1st floor where you will also find one of the bathrooms. There is a small creek crossing the plot where you might be lucky enough to catch a fish. There is a swing. No letting to youth groups.
