On this domain there are 3 comfortable and romantic holiday homes; a detached gite for 8 people and two attached gites for 4 and 2 persons. In the gite for 2 persons, everything is on the ground floor and the bed is extra large. (160/210) The gites have all been recently renovated and the beds have all been newly purchased in 2016. You have a private pool and you have a view of the stunning landscape of the French countryside. Due to its beauty, this region is also known as the Tuscany of France. The house of the very hospitable Belgian owners also lies on the estate. Several times a week they provide a lovely table d'hote. It is also possible to have them prepare your breakfast. You can take care of this on the spot. The surroundings are perfect for going on the most wonderful hikes. There are hiking maps in the gite, but also on the website of Tourisme-lotetgaronne.com where you can view and download about 300 hikes from your home pc. The surroundings are hilly, the nature is spectacular, with beautiful views and many nice spots along the way to stop for a picnic.

The environment offers you many possibilities for some nice trips. The nearest shops are in Montaigu de Quercy (Intermarché) and Tournon d'Agenais. At Fumel and Villeneuve sur Lot you will find bigger “supermarchés” and other shops. Of course it is enjoyable to swim in the pool at our domain. You will have a beautiful view from the pool. In Montaigu and Montcuq you have the possibility to visit the local lakes where you can swim. Montaigu de Quercy has a lovely swimming-lake with a beach and enough space for the children to play, several churches to visit and a great village to just walk about. Everywhere in the village you can find pieces of art. Cahors: Wednesday and Saturday-morning the largest market of the area is in Cahors and worthwhile to visit. The market is in the ancient part of Cahors, beneath the cathedral. The market offers you a lot of local products: wines, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. In Cahors are plenty of nice stores, cafés, bars, restaurants, museums and galleries. It is a must to visit the old bridge - “Pont Valentré”. Saint Cirq-Lapopie: East of Cahors. From Cahors you can visit this historical village by small train. In this village are artisan shops, galleries, restaurants and from the village you have a great view at the valley of the Lot. Villeneuve sur Lot: A good place for shopping. Besides the larger stores, you can also find some nice small boutiques, book-stores and jewellers.
