A well-kept holiday cottage on a lovely natural plot with scenic surroundings in a quiet area, 300 metres from the sea. There is a well-equipped kitchen and living room. An energy-friendly heat pump reduces the energy costs. There is a storage room for fishing equipment etc. On the open and covered terraces you can enjoy your breakfast towards the east and admire the sunset in the west. You can safely let children run free on the 1000 m² large plit with slides, playground equipment and swings. Plenty of space for games and play. There is a grocer's and café at the local camping grounds. No letting to youth groups.A new refrigerator and stove have been installed, all beds have been replaced, much of the furniture has been updated—including an extra sofa bed in the living room—and the interior has been freshly painted.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
