With a shared swimming pool (16 x 8 m, open May–September), a lush garden, and outdoor play equipment, this farmhouse is designed for relaxation and adventure.

The first floor welcomes you with a spacious living and dining area featuring a TV and dining table, alongside a fully equipped open kitchen with an induction hob, electric kettle, boiling water tap, cooker, hood, coffee machine, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The home includes two cozy bedrooms, one with twin beds and another with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. Guests can also enjoy a shared barbecue area, garden furniture, and on-site parking, ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay.

Nearby, the Leaning Tower of Pisa offers an iconic experience, while the Sanctuary of Montenero in Livorno provides breathtaking views and cultural significance. Nearby is Livorno, where you could visit the aquarium, take a stroll along the harbor and watch the sunset on the famous Mascagni Square. Tuscany is a region rich in art and there is really an embarrassment of choice to places to visit from cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Pistoia and Florence to the small villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and Certaldo.
