This beautiful holiday home is only 10 km away from the sandy beach of Sables-d'Or-Les-Pins and 35 km from the pleasant village of Dinan. A good home base to discover Northern Brittany. The large terrain complete with grass garden, trees and shrubbery will offer lots of places to enjoy the sun while the children are playing in the garden. For some great views you can go to Cap Fréhel or Cap Erquy (both 10 km) for a great walk. Montcontour (30 km) has a spectacular castle and the Eglise St. Mathurin dating from the 16th century. And near the picturesque village of Plancoët (10 km) you can canoe on the Arguenon River. Swimming pool and restaurants in Lamballe (15 km). Bakery and grocery store in La Bouillie. Dinard (37 km) is the embarcation point for a boat trip on the Rance River where you can enjoy the lovely nature from the water. A bridge connects Dinard with the medieval town of St. Malo (42 km). The village is surrounded by old ramparts and has a beautiful entry gate. The children will love the little train driving you through the old town.
