Emmerbøllegård is located in one of the most scenic areas on Langeland. The 300 m² large farm has swimming pool of 6.2x4 m with counter-current system. 2-storey main house with dining/living room with exit to the large conservatory, which is fully insulated, and the pool room which is surrounded by glass with great views of the large garden.

Ground floor has bedroom and an extra double bed in the living room. There is a high chair and cot for the children. Large kitchen with i.a. induction cooker and dish washer. 340 l freezer. 1st floor has 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom.

At Emmerbøllegård you can relax and enjoy the large, sheltered garden. With a grill, terraces and garden furniture on both east and west side of the house you can enjoy both morning and evening sun.

Approx. 700 m from the farm is a remote beach. Approx. 1100 m to a child-friendly beach with jetty and kiosk.

Not for rent to youth groups.

Owner has for security reasons chosen to put video surveillance of parking areas and the driveway, but not in the house itself.
