Ground floor has bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Kitchen with exit to the terrace. Living room with great views of the ocean and exit to balcony, TV and double sofa bed and a bedroom. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
