The fully equipped kitchen has i.a. fan oven and microwave oven. 4 bedrooms at either ends of the house and a large mezzanine overlooking the kitchen-family room. Large, open and covered terrace with grill. The garden has football goal, sandpit, swing set and various games. Approx. 200 m from the house is a child-friendly beach.
