Holiday home in Krunčići

This detached, typically Istrian holiday home with private swimming pool is located in the quiet village of Krunčići, 4.5 km from the picturesque village of Sveti Lovreč. At the Lim Fjord (4.5 km) you'll find excellent restaurants where you can enjoy local Istrian specialities. This area is also very popular with cyclists, thanks to the cycling trails and a beautiful viewing point. The beaches on the west coast are about a 20-minute drive from your holiday home. The house was built in the early 20th century and has preserved its characteristic appearance. You'll have an enclosed terrace with heated swimming pool, loungers, a dining table and a BBQ at your disposal. Here you can enjoy a wonderful holiday! The interior is modern and very nicely furnished. On the ground floor you will find a living room with seating area, dining table and access to the swimming pool, a well-equipped open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There are three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is partially open (gallery) and one bedroom features a private balcony.
