Holiday apartment overlooking Ringkøbing Fjord. Bathroom from 2010 with underfloor heating and washer and dryer. Kitchen in open concept with the living room with sofa bed for 2 persons. Also 2 bedrooms. Terrace with garden furniture. The house is part of a 2 families house of which owner lives in the other half. The 5000 m² large natural plot is shared with the owner. Located not far from Holmsland Klitvej which has a bike path leading from Søndervig to Hvide Sande. Free admittance to water park in Søndervig.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
