Approx. 100 metres from the ocean on a slightly hilly dune plot is this well-kept holiday cottage. From a couple of the windows in the living room you have a small view of the ocean but from an elevated area on the plot you have full ocean views. Open concept living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, alcove and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The furnishings is tasteful and modern in typical cottage style. There is a wood-burning stove for cheap heating as well as for a cosy evening. The open south/west faced terrace has shelter while the east/south faced is covered. Open, slightly hilly plot.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
