Outside, you can enjoy a massive 40 m² terrace area—part of which is covered—perfect for evening barbecues regardless of the weather. The property is very family-friendly, featuring a sandbox and swings for children, while the natural plot is sheltered by tall fir trees to the north. Practical additions like a carport and a shed for bicycle storage make this an easy home to settle into.

The location is ideal for those who want to be close to local life while maintaining privacy; both restaurants and grocery shopping are just 400 meters away, and the coast is only a short 600-meter walk. With an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump and comfortable furnishings, this non-smoking house provides the perfect base for a classic Danish holiday. Please note that rental to youth groups is not permitted.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
