The house has central heating and electric / wood boiler in the kitchen. On the upper floor there are 6 bedrooms with two and three beds and a large hall. A rowing boat is included in the rent, it is possible to rent an additional boat.

The house is part of the Boo Fideikommiss property, which includes Boo Castle. The property is located just over 40 km southeast of Örebro and covers 15,000 hectares. In addition, about 1,000 ha of water will be added. There are good opportunities for nature experiences, forest walks and fishing.
