The historical Niels Skiverens Gaard has been turned into 15 beautiful holiday apartment of which this particular aparment is situated right above the previous, old taproom and restaurant. The apartment is with its own entrance on the ground floor from where a staircase will lead you to the 1 st floor. In connection with the entrance there is a small and cozy southwest-facing terrace with patio furniture. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a cool drink on a sunny summer's day. The apartment's 95 m2 are all on 1 floor. The apartment features a lovely kitchen-dining area in continuation of a cozy living room where the family can gather around and enjoy each others' company in the comfortable couches. Additionally, the holiday apartment also has a bathroom with toilet and a shower, 2 bedrooms all connected by a small hallway which offers plenty of storage room. One of the bedrooms has a doublebed while the other has 2 single beds. If is should be necessary, it is possible to use the bed sofa in the living room which is fit for 2. In total, this apartment is the perfect fit for 6 people. This apartment is perfect for those who enjoy golf as it is only a short drive from the golfclub, Golftklubben Hvide Klit. Sindal Golfklub, Hirtshals Golfklub, Hjørring Golfklub, Frederikshavn Golfklub and Sæby Golfklub can all be found within a radius of 30 km from the apartment. This area offers a lot of fantastic nature sights and attractions. Råbjerg Mile, Ørnereservatet EagleWorld, the North Sea Oceanarium, Skagen city with The Art Museum of Skagen, its many retail stores and, not to forget, Grenen, Denmark's outer most point where Kattegat and Skagerrak meet. Finally, the youngst member of the family would love a visit to and to say 'Hello' to all the animals at Farm Fun in Aalbæk. The apartment has WIFI.
