In 2018, the house underwent a renovation of the living room and the two bedrooms, which now have 2 good beds in each room that can be pushed together to form a double bed.
The house appears bright and friendly and offers comfortable furnishings, a spacious kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove, and an open, well-equipped kitchen. Good natural light gives the living room a special charm and coziness. Firewood for the stove is available at the house and is free. A heat pump has been installed in the house.
There is a TV with YouSee, as well as ChromeCast and Satellite. The house is 400 meters from the child-friendly sandy beach and Kattegat.
GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals to youth groups. The tenant must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire rental period.

Free parking - it is not possible to charge an electric car.

The stretch begins at Nørreklit, passes Sønderklit with good parking facilities and a toilet, and continues down to the Transformer station north of Voerså. In Voerså, you can also enjoy a trip on Voer Å in a rented canoe or pedal boat.
At Lyngså beach, there are also good opportunities to find amber and interesting beach finds, such as razor clams, pelican foot shells, and conch shells.
