Outside, you will find a large southwest-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, large lawn and several small cozy nooks sheltered from the wind and sun.

The 48 m2 is well distributed. Lovely holiday home - true cottage style - with several small maritime details and wood-clad walls and ceilings throughout the home. Inside the house offers a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, where you quickly feel at home.

The holiday home has a total of three good bedrooms. A double bedroom and a bunk bedroom are located in the house itself. Another double room with two single beds in a nice little extension. A small but well-appointed bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Lovely kitchen niche with all modern facilities, where the chef has everything within reach, as well as a combined dining and living room with large, wall-mounted flat screen TV. The sofa corner in the living area invites you to have fun with the family, enjoy a good movie or challenge the family mom in a round of cards.

In extension of the carport, there is a small annex building, where the washer and dryer is located. In addition, the building also houses a fridge-freezer and a microwave.

PLACES TO VISIT IN THE AREA:
A short walk from the holiday home you will find Farm Fun, one of North Jutland's best playgrounds for both young and old. You can also visit the Eagle Santuary in Tversted and experience the large birds of prey up close. The North Sea Oceanarium in Hirtshals with playful seals and shoals of sea animals is located 30 km from the holiday home. 20 km north you will find Skagen with Grenen and the many other sights the city has to offer. If you want a round of golf, the golf course Hvide Klit is only 6 km away. If you fancy a horse back ride along the beach Langagergaard by Kandestederne, close to Råbjerg Mile, Denmark's largest hiking dune, has lots of Icelandic horses.

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
Good parking conditions directly at the holiday home - carport for one car.
Garden grill available. Cleaning of the barbecue is not included in the price and is the responsibility of the tenant (also for ordered or mandatory final cleaning).
