Outside you have ample opportunity to enjoy life on one of the 3 terraces or in the large secluded courtyard. The terraces are partially covered, so there is always a shady spot on hot summer days. For those of you who start the day with a fresh dip in the cooling Kattegat, you can subsequently enjoy a breakfast on the terrace to the east or in the courtyard.

This home is a real summer residence, nice and furnished in a simple manner, and with the 80 m2 distributed on one level. The walls are clad with wood and the beautiful black-painted wooden beams are visible in the ceiling. Large living room with a wood burning stove and nice sofa corner with two large sofas and TV. In addition, an extra small cozy corner with light, white wicker furniture including a small bar with two bar stools. The dining kitchen has a nice little dining area and the kitchen niche is furnished with stove, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

Three good bedrooms, one of which is furnished with 3/4 bed, and with direct access to the bathroom, one with two single beds and one with bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There are two entrances to the bathroom. One from the entrance of the house and the other via one of the bedrooms.

The sauna is located in a small annex building.

PLACES TO VISIT IN THE AREA:
The area is suitable for pleasant walks, bike rides or relaxation on the beach. For golfers, the Golf Club Hvide Klit is no more than 3 km north of the holiday home and within a radius of 30 km you will find five additional golf courses - Hirtshals Golf Club, Sindal Golf Club, Hjørring Golf Club, Frederikshavn Golf Club and Sæby Golf Club. The city of Skagen with its large selection of retail stores, Skagen's Museum, Anchers Hus and Grenen, Denmark's outermost tip, is also a must on your holiday bucket list. Skagen is located 20 km to the north and on the way to Skagen, you pass Råbjerg Mile in Kandestederne and Den Tilsandede Kirke (the Sanded Church) at the entrance to Skagen town.

For families with children, an excursion to Farm Fun is also recommended - one of North Jutland's best playgrounds for both young and old. The Eagle Santuary in Tversted, where you can experience the large birds of prey up close, and the Oceanarium in Hirtshals, where you can see shoals of sea animals, are also only a short drive from the holiday home.

For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
