Live centrally in Skagen´s absolute center, in a large super well furnished, 10 people town-apartment. Located in Skagen´s pedestrian street in Skagen´s town center.  The holiday home is located a few meters away from the community Centre "Kappelborg" with live concerts and a cinema, Skagens Bryghus (the brewery) and the towns many retail stores is located just outside the door and Skagen's wide selection of restaurants and cafés is just around the corner. Only a short walk away from the house you will find the marina, the art museum of Skagen and the lovely beaches on both sides of the marina.  When the car has been parked by the apartment, there is no need to use the car to reach the different attractions and activities in Skagen, they can easily be reached by foot or by bicycle.  Enjoy a lovely summer lunch on the marina, sitting on the quay by the lovely "Bindesbøll" fish storage houses, where "Skagens Fiskerestaurant", restaurant Pakhuset and other small fish restaurants are located.  Grenen, the top of Denmark, where the two ocean Kattegat and Skagerrak meets is located only 3,5 km away from the holiday home. The sandburied church is located 3,5 km towards south from the house.  The holiday home is well furnished with a small entrance hall, four light bedrooms, two large living rooms, a lovely kitchen with a spacious dining area. A bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a separately guest toilet. Double beds and single beds, can be arrange after you preferences. From the kitchen-dining room there is access to a cozy small balcony with a café table and two benches. It is possible to use the extra bathroom by the outside stairs if arranged with the bureau or the owner. There is a door phone, belonging to the apartment. The rooms downstairs is used as a retail store, The outside staircase is shared with the employees from the downstairs retail shop. The employees lunch room is located in a separate room by the staircase.  There is two parking places available by the holiday home. Mandatory consumption fee for electricity, heat and water pr. day. Mandatory final cleaning. Mandatory security deposit.  Free WIFI A washing machine is available.
