The home is one of three apartments in the former oceanfront villa.

The city apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and the home's 95 m2 is divided into a small entrance hall, two bedrooms (one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator and nice dining area. From the kitchen there is access to a small 10 m2 wooden terrace with garden chairs, garden table and barbecue. In the living room there is a small sofa corner and wall-mounted TV as well as a sofa bed, with room for two extra sleeping arrangements.

Just around the corner from the holiday home you will find the pedestrian street with the many retail shops, the marina with the lovely "Bindesbøll" fishware houses with the many small eateries as well as Restaurant Pakhuset and Skagen Fiskerestaurant (seafood restaurants). Very cozy atmosphere and buzzing with energy and music during summer.

If you fancy spending your summer days at the beach, Skagen Sønderstrand by Vippefyret (lighthouse) is a short walk from the holiday home. Skagen’s Museum and the city's many attractions are all within walking distance of the holiday home. Once you have parked the car, everything can be reached on foot or by bicycle.

For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
One parking space on the road in front of the house.
Fixed consumption surcharge for electricity, water and heating per. day.
Final cleaning can be purchased.
Beds: 1 double bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 200 cm placed together as a double bed), 1 bedroom with single beds, in the living room 1 sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) with space for 2 people.
