Beautiful and charming old town house, with a lovely enclosed garden, located on a small by-street in the heart of Skagen, leading to Skagen's charming pedestrian street. The house was built in 1907 and was meticulously renovated in 2017. This holiday home measures an impressive 140m2, that are beautifully partationed over 2 storeys. Furthermore, this holiday home comes with a little guest house, that is accessible to the guests living in the main house.

The holiday home's ground floor features: a small foyer with the staircase leading to the first floor, an opulent bathroom fitted with a shower cabin and toilet, a spacious open floor plan living space, that features a modern kitchen-dining area and a cozy hang out nook, furnished with a chaise longue and tv. The holiday home's beautiful garden, furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and gorgeous flower pots, can be accessed from the kitchen-dining area. The garden is so well placed, that you always are assured of finding the perfect spot, to both bask under the warm summer sun, or relax under a cool shade.  The first floor features two doublebed rooms, one of which is fitted with a double bed, while the other, is furnished with two co-joined single beds. Furthermore, the holiday home is also fitted with an extra double bed, located by the staircase landing.

The guest house features one double bed room, a modest combined kitchenette/living space, as well as, a chic bathroom, fitted with a shower cabin and a toilet.

This holiday home comfortably accomodates 8 people, with 2 additional sleeping spaces on the sofas, in both the main and guest houses, thereby rounding up the total to 10 pax.

ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA:
The holiday home is perfectlly located in the heart of Skagen's city centre, which means that, everything is well within a short walking distance, from the holiday home. Skagen's cultural centre; that houses the cinema and stages festive live shows, the charming pedestrian path; with its array of retail stores and artisans, as well as, Skagen's many cozy cafés and award winning restaurants, are all, but a stone throw away, from the holiday home. Skagen's charming harbour; with its cozy atmosphere in and around Bindebøll's legendary Fiskpakhusene (Designer Bindebøll's Fish warehouses), that today houses the remarkable Skagen Fiskerestaurant and the phenominal Restaurant Pakhuset, as well as, the many other dainty eateries, that all perfectly embody the danish "hygge", are all just a stroll away from the holiday home.

Skagen's rich cultural heritage can be experienced at Skagens museum; the home of the paintings by the legendary Skagen painters, Anchers Hus; the famed Anna and Michael Ancher's home, complete with its original fixtures and decked out with a huge collection of both the painters' artworks, Drachmanns Hus; the unmatched 1800's poet and reknown painter Holger Drachmann's house, preserved in pristine condition, fitted with his original furnishings, as well as, his paintings, Kystmuseet; Skagen's local history museum, The Sandburied church, The Grey Lighthouse, Centre for Migratory Birds, not forgetting the stunning Grenen; Demark's most northern appex and also, where the Kattegat and the Skagerrak collide, in a frothy, white display of splendour. These and many more attractions are all located well within a quick stroll away from the holiday home. Grenen is located a short 3,5 km away from the home.

No rental for youth groups. The tenant must be over 25 years of age and be present during the rental period.
Parties and/or events are not allowed. The house and courtyard are only accessible to the people who rent the holiday home.

Proffessional cleaning services can be purchased at an extra fee.
A deposit fee is charged.
The cleaning of the barbecue is not included in the price. It is the tenants responsitility to cvlean the barbecue when used (also when booked or mandatory cleaning).
