The upstairs living area includes a double sofa bed, air conditioning, and international TV channels for entertainment. Two modern bathrooms with showers and insect screens ensure comfort, while the private fenced garden, barbeque, parasol, and swimming pool (open May–September) create an ideal outdoor retreat.

Perfectly located for exploration, this home is near Volterra (18 km), Lajatico (5 km), and San Gimignano (34.6 km). Guests can stroll through vineyards, visit historical landmarks, or enjoy Tuscan cuisine at nearby restaurants just 100 meters away. The stunning beaches of Marina di Cecina are 45 km away, while the famous Chianti wine region invites guests to indulge in tastings along its picturesque roads. Whether seeking adventure or relaxation, this retreat ensures a memorable Tuscan experience

The location is really great for those who have in mind to explore the surroundings and the Tuscan cities but also to spend a day of full relax in the private swimming pool and in the Jacuzzi hot tube of the garden of the house or alternatively at the sea.

The Tuscan coast offers a great choice of seaside resorts from Cecina, Marina di Bibbona and Marina di Castagneto Carducci to Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala.

Not to be missed are the famous Tuscan provinces such as Florence, Pisa, Siena etc, but also very characteristic villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, San Miniato, Certaldo, Colle Val d'Elsa and nearby Lajatico with \"Teatro del Silenzio\" of Bocelli.
Not too far away is the prestigious Chianti area where you can go on panoramic roads and taste the renowned Tuscan wines.

You can park for free at 100m from the house, but naturaly to bring your luggage you can stop right next to the house.
