This lovely, detached, 18th century holiday home is an ideal place to wind down and to enjoy some rest - Champagne style! Lying just outside the village of Sourdeval-les-Bois, this holiday home offers splendid views of the rolling fields and meadows. The house has a clean, rustic interior that fits right into its surroundings. The large windows in the living room make this space nice and bright.

There's a 12th-century Benedictine abbey in the valley below the house (1km). The nearest beach is located in St. Martin-de-Bréhal (25 km). Great shopping and plenty of terraces to pick from in the charming seaside resort of Granville (30 km).

Enjoy the sun in the furnished private garden that includes a barbecue ! One thing is certain: this is the perfect spot for relaxing and reading a book or for collectively mapping out your plans for the following day.

Our house overlooks the beautiful wooded valley of La Sienne. Quiet lanes and footpaths encourage you to relax , explore the countryside and enjoy nature on foot by bike or by car. Our favourite local restaurant is Le Krill in the nearby, picturesque village of La Baleine. Best to make a reservation because it is popular with locals and tourists alike.
