This comfortable holiday home is quietly situated in a residential area just outside Espère. Surrounding the house is a large lawn with many flowers, trees and bushes. Take a dive in your own private swimming pool, or enjoy the sun on one of the loungers. In the enclosed back garden you'll find an ideal play corner with play set for the children. At the front and back of the house are covered terraces. Have a good snooze in the hammock. There is also a barbecue available, perfect for a culinary evening! The house has an especially well-kept, almost luxurious interior. The holiday home lies at a distance of 3 km from the meandering river Lot, which widens near Caix/Luzech (8 km). A good place for swimming, sailing, paddle boating and canoeing (with rental places). Or you could take a swim in the recreational lake of the fun Catus (7 km), where you can rent surf boards and paddle boats! The beautiful Cahors is 10 km away: admire the old city and the famous Pont Valentré, the oldest Gothic fortress bridge in Europe. A half-hour's drive from the house you will find medieval towns like St. Cirq-Lapopie and Puy-l'Evêque along the Lot and Gourdon.
