Beautiful villa with an even more beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the green valley of Moraira from the terrace. The villa is very nicely furnished and the covered outdoor living room is a fantastic place to enjoy your dinner. You'll have a very spacious garden with a wonderful, large swimming pool at your disposal. This villa is supplied with all conveniences. There is plenty to do in your surroundings. Visit the fertile Jalon Valley (15 km) or one of the cute sea-side villages Moraira (3 km) or Jávea (15 km). There are plenty of possibilities for being sporty: golfing, playing tennis or diving in Moraira, or maybe some horseback riding in Benissa (2 km). Restaurants and supermarket are in Moraira, a 9-hole golf course only 500 m away! Moraira's beach is only 1.5 km away. Want to go a little further inland by car? A beautiful ride will bring you to Callosa d'en Sarría (40 km) with its "Fuentes del Algar" waterfalls, where you can enjoy a nice walk and go paddling in the deeper parts of the stream. If you drive a little further, you'll reach the village of Guadalest (50 km). Moorish ruins remind you of the times gone by, just like the village itself. between 9 PM and 11 PM, an extra fee of €25 will be charged. This extra fee outside of office hours applies on any day of the week.
