Villa in Residencial Benimar

This detached villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one kitchen. There is of course also a private swimming pool with a diving board and loungers. The whole house and all the bedrooms have air-conditioning. In short: all the ingredients for a lovely holiday. The villa has a beautiful covered terrace both at the front and at the rear so that you can always find a spot in the sun or the shade. The spacious living room has Dutch television, stereo, a DVD player and video recorder and is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a microwave/grill and a fridge-freezer and dishwasher. From the dining area , guests can access the rear terrace where they can prepare a meal on the lovely gas barbecue. All the bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is of course also a washing machine in a separate laundry room. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
