Villa in Sveti Ivan

Villa Rosa is an old Istrian stone house and is located in the place Sveti Ivan, near Groznjan (3.5 km). The tourist resort of Umag and the beaches on the west coast are 21 km away. From the pool stretches a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea. Villa Rosa was built in 1935 and is completely renovated. Villa Rosa consists of two separate houses on a plot of 400² m with private pool, barbecue and two private parking spaces. Villa Rosa has a well-kept interior and is air-conditioned. The main house (180 m²) consists of a living room with sitting area, a kitchen with dining table and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is an open bedroom in the attic. The second house (60 m²) consists of a bedroom with bathroom en suite and a separate toilet on the ground floor. In the basement you will find a jacuzzi and a shower.
