Villa in Jasenovica

Villa Valentina is located in a small village near Porec. This Istrian stone house had been built in the nineteenth century, which gives it an authentic look. The renovation took place in 2015. Besides that the villa is furnished with all modern comforts, it provides a magnificent view over the sea from every balcony or terrace. The fenced plot of 1000m2 has a well-kept garden, a spacious private pool and up to three private parking spaces. The living area of 180m2 is spread over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a sitting area, a double sofa bed, a satellite television and french doors to the terrace. The ground floor also owns two bedrooms, of which one has a private balcony with stairs to the pool. There's a bathroom as well. On the first floor you will find a beautifully furnished dining room with private balcony, a modern kitchen equipped with all amenities and finally a bathroom. On the second floor, the attic, you will find the last bedroom. It is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. It also offers a double bed and a private toilet. For reservations by youth groups, we ask for a deposit of € 100 per person.
