Ship the 'Jantje' is located in Groningen and has room for 12 people divided over 6 bedrooms. The ship, built in 1930, was formerly used for catching cod and is now ideal for a unique holiday with family and friends. Jantje is immediately noticeable in every harbour with its yardsails and is located in a harbour in the attractive city of Groningen. The picturesque town centre is just 1 km from the boat, and the nearby lake is also just 1 km from the accommodation. The ship is stationary during the stay. In the basement of the ship you will find a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, 6 cabins with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets. There is a tap (barrels for sale on board) and an ice-cube machine available. The cockpit can easily accommodate 12 people and a linen sun/rain canopy can be stretched over the entire middle deck. The boat is heated by CV and there is a barbecue. Pets are not allowed on the boat. You must bring both bath and kitchen linen with you and there is no WiFi on board.

The crew also speaks english. During your stay on board the captain/owner of the ship will probably also be on board. He/She will however stay in another part of the ship than you and your guests.
