Surrounded by the amazing Tuscan atmosphere, this is a 2-bedroom cottage in Palaia. There is a shared swimming pool to cool down on a hot day and an outside shower to rinse after a swim. It is ideal for a small family or a group of 4 persons.



The stay is strategically located between Pisa and Florence, in the town Palaia. In the vicinity, traditional wine and original olive oil are produced. There is a lake at 1 km if you wish to enjoy sunsets by the lakeside. The town center with restaurants and supermarkets also rests at 1 km. San Miniato, Pisa, San Gimignano, and Florence are some nearby towns worth a visit.



The cottage has typical features dating from the 15th century. There is a small kitchenette with an oven, where you can bake your favorite cakes and pizzas. Mornings are better when you are on the furnished terrace or in the garden with a cup of coffee. For recreation, table tennis equipment is present. Parking is available.

At the heart of Tuscany, close to the most important art cities like; Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano. Also the beach is at only 35 Km distance. On site you can buy organic products of own production such as wine and olive oil and you can request dinners and breakfasts if you like. Also on request it is possible to have a transfer (to / from airport / city) and renting a bike from a neighbor. For lovers of sport and nature, there are many paths for walking, hiking, cycling and mountain biking; in this way you can explore the area even better.
