A Holiday Home Full of History – Our Little Gem

This charming holiday home is full of history. We have lovingly restored the old house and turned it into our own little gem.

Enjoy a cosy bedroom and a beautiful garden where you can relax under the covered terrace or soak up the evening sun.

The house is just a few minutes' walk from the restaurants in Asserbo and the beautiful natural areas of Melby Overdrev and Asserbo Plantation. The beach is also nearby, and you can walk to Liseleje in around 20 minutes for an ice cream or a refreshing swim.

Wonderful experiences await, with nature, shopping and delicious food all close at hand.

The accommodation

The house features a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, which also includes a TV lounge.

There are two bedrooms with double beds. One bed is 140 cm wide and the other is 180 cm wide. One of the bedrooms has a large wardrobe with plenty of space for luggage and clothes.

The bathroom is spacious and of an older style.

Several lovely terraces surround the house, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day – from early morning until late evening.

Guest access

Guests have access to the main house. Unfortunately, the shed and the remaining outbuildings are not yet available for use.

You can park in front of the property or drive onto the grounds.

Other things to note

This house is our treasured little gem, and we kindly ask you to take good care of both the property and the beautiful items within it, each with its own story and lovingly chosen by us.

The area offers countless wonderful experiences. Melby Overdrev is only moments away, and Liseleje Beach is just 1.5 km from the house. Restaurants, a pizzeria and grocery shopping are all within walking distance.

The surrounding nature is truly beautiful and well worth exploring. A short drive will take you to Frederiksværk and its charming pedestrian shopping street, or you can venture a little further to Hundested or Lynæs – both highly recommended.

Electric vehicles can be charged at Coop in Asserbo. While charging, you can do your shopping or take the small footpaths back to the house and relax while you wait.
