Cozy Summer House Near Beach & Nature

Welcome to a holiday home full of charm and history, which has been in our family for almost 50 years. The house is filled with atmosphere and happy memories – a place where generations have enjoyed holidays, nature, and time together.

We use the house ourselves as a holiday home, and over the years it has been continuously improved while preserving its original charm. A modern bathroom has been added, and in 2025 a modern air-to-water heat pump system was installed. The house is approved for year-round use, is well insulated, and has double-glazed windows, making it comfortable in every season. As the house is older, the ceiling height is approximately 182 cm (6'0"), but lower under the beams, which is worth noting.

Outside, you will find lawns both in front of and behind the house, with plenty of space for games, relaxation, and outdoor activities. The south-facing terrace overlooking the garden is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun and the view of the fjord, which can be glimpsed through the trees. The garden is filled with fruit trees, creating a cosy and private setting.

The house is located in the small village of Risgårde, peacefully situated with no close neighbours. The surrounding area offers beautiful walks along the fjord and a tranquil natural setting.

It is 8 km to Farsø with its shopping centre and supermarkets. Trend, with its larger beach, mini golf, and Vitskøl Abbey, is about 5 km away. The Ertebølle Stone Age Centre is approximately 6 km away, Rønbjerg Water Park is 16 km away, and Kollerup Beach on the North Sea is about 45 km away.
