The property consists of two connected houses with a total living area of 177 m², linked by a glass corridor, plus a charming 25 m² orangery. It is ideal for two families or multiple generations who want privacy while sharing the kitchen, living areas, terrace, garden and beach.
The Fjord House includes an entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, lounge with sofa bed and two bedrooms. The Studio House offers a living room with sofa bed, table football and board games, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed and loft sleeping area.
Outside, you will find a shelter with a fire pit and barbecue stand, and it is possible to pitch your own tent on the private beach. The private bathing jetty provides excellent opportunities for swimming, kayaking, canoeing and other water activities. You can also walk or paddle to attractions such as Munkholm, Orø and the scenic areas along the fjord.
The surroundings offer outstanding nature experiences. Two forest areas begin just minutes from the property, making it easy to enjoy hiking, running and outdoor activities throughout the year.
