The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in athentic Istrian style in the year 2012, representing a lovely combination between comfort and the unique atmospheare of a traditional istrian stone house. The Villa David has a garden of 600 m2 with a lovely lawn, 24 m2 swimming pool, terrace with fireplace for barbecue and private parking places. Villa for 6-8 people with a total of 120 m2. On the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen, livingroom with two sleeeping couches, satellite TV, dining area with table for 8 people and exit to the swimming pool, Bath/toilet.
