This recently renovated pet friendly self contained studio is situated underneath a house with separate entry, garage and driveway. It has everything you need to enjoy your coastal stay in beautiful Port Macquarie. Centrally located on a quiet street and just a short stroll to shops, pub, playground/park and is a 5 minute drive to the centre of town and Town Beach.
LOCATION
The Eazy Living Studio is located 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Port Macquarie. The neighbourhood surrounding the house is really quiet and is centrally located in walking distance to a pub, bottle shop, general store, bakery and takeaway shop.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The Eazy Living Studio sleeps a maximum of 4 people. (Though is more suited to two)

The host 'Chase’ is currently living in the upstairs house and does have an extremely friendly dog named Izzy. There are lots of doors and gates to create seperate areas on the property if your pet doesn't enjoy company! The studio has an abundance of fruit trees and vegetable gardens that the guests can help themselves too. The Eazy Living Studio is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in the gorgeous town of Port Macquarie!
The Eazy Living Studio is conveniently located just outside the town centre of Port Macquarie. It is a 3 minute drive to Settlement Point Ferry, 5 minutes to Town Beach and 10 minutes to Shelley and Lighthouse Beaches.
You have access to the entire studio, undercover garage and backyard. The only shared space is the laundry facilities.
The host ‘Chase’ is available via message or phone for any local tips or any other enquires.

Pets are allowed inside but if dog/cat smells or sheds excess hair they must not lay on the bed or lounge. Bringing your own per bed/blanket is preferred. Extra cleaning charges will apply for your pets excess hair, dirt and smells left behind.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
