Our apartment is located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the famous Rue Lévis, one of the most charming and lively pedestrian streets in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is lively, pleasant and perfect for discovering Paris while enjoying a warm and typically Parisian setting.
Within walking distance, you can stroll through the shops, artisanal bakeries, cafés and restaurants that make up the charm of Rue Lévis. Parc Monceau is also nearby, ideal for a walk, picnic or relaxing time.
Whether you're a lover of shopping, culture, or food, this neighborhood has it all. There are also many art galleries, historical and cultural places to explore, as well as the Champs-Élysées, Trocadéro and Montmartre, easily accessible by metro or bus from nearby stations.

- CHECK-IN:
Check-in is done with a receptionist who will be happy to welcome you and show you the apartment.
You can drop off your bags before the official check-in time, from 11:00 a.m., subject to availability.
For late arrivals:
- Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., a surcharge will be requested via the platform.
- Between 10 p.m. and midnight, an amount of 30 euros will be requested via the platform.
- After midnight, a surcharge of 10 euros per hour will be applied.
Services included:
- Towels and bed linen are provided for optimal comfort.
- Our professional cleaning team prepares the apartment before your arrival, to
guarantee you a clean and welcoming space.
Additional services not included:
- We can provide you with a baby cot and highchair on request (notify 72 hours in advance and a supplement of 15 euros will be applied for the baby cot.)
- Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay if required.
- Airport transfer is available upon request, to be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
