Beautifully located cottage

This cozy holiday home of 75 m² is located near Følle Strand on Djursland, one of the most sought-after holiday areas in the region. The house has 3 bedrooms and a total of 10 sleeping places, with 6 in the house and 4 in a separate annex. It is ideal for a large family or two families who wish to spend their holiday together.

We do not permit parties, noise, etc., or rentals to youth groups, as we have great respect for our neighbors.

Inside, the house is designed for relaxation and shared moments. The living room has a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, making the house comfortable throughout the year. The kitchen and living area create a natural gathering place for meals, games and relaxing evenings after a day of experiences.

The sleeping arrangements are practical. One bedroom has bunk beds, another has two single beds, and the third has a 140 × 200 cm bed. In the annex there is also a 140 × 200 cm bed as well as bunk beds. A travel cot for small children is also available.

Outside you will find a large 55 m² terrace, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the sun. In the garden there is a wilderness hot tub for 8–10 people, ideal for relaxing evenings under the open sky.

The sea is about 350 meters away, and Følle Strand is known for its child-friendly beach with shallow water. The short distance makes it easy to take a morning swim or enjoy a walk along the coast.

The area offers many experiences. You can walk to the ice cream shop at Følle Strand or visit Gartnergården Djurs. There is also a short distance to golf and padel courts.

Within a short driving distance you will find Djurs Sommerland (about 25 minutes), Ree Park Safari (about 20 minutes) and Aarhus city center (about 30 minutes). The region also offers Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Kattegatcentret and Randers Regnskov.

The house is rented out by a host with 8 years of experience and many returning guests, giving you a safe and pleasant holiday experience.
