✅Please don’t go downstairs, downstairs patio, and the boat's ramp near the tennis court, too! (Already our dear guests have their own beautiful and huge patio!)




Our dear guests can use whole separate private upstairs unit, the balcony in front of the kitchen, and the lower patio too( Not the downstairs patio)! 😊🌹

✅No annoying noise after 11 pm.
✅Do separate garbage. ✅
✅There was no fire inside the house.
✅Guests should do the dishes. ✅
✅️Clean up before check-out!✅️
✅Not wear shoes in the house.
✅No extra guest! (Extra guests are prohibited without payment and without the permission of the host!)
✅(No loud and annoying noise)
✅Do not feed birds
