Cosy house near nature, city and beach

Enjoy peace and quiet on a large and completely undisturbed natural plot in Skellet. The house is just a short distance from the Limfjord, 5 km from the Lille Vildmose nature area, and 20 km from Aalborg city centre. From here, you have quick access to spectacular nature, with the chance to spot wild moose, white-tailed eagles, and many other rare bird species.

Aalborg is Denmark’s fourth-largest city and offers plenty of cultural experiences, great restaurants, and not least Denmark’s most beautiful zoo. Swimming is possible in the fjord or at one of the nearby beaches, such as Egense Beach, which is close by, or the seaside town of Øster Hurup, located 22 km further south.

The property features a large wooden terrace overlooking the spacious natural plot with grassy areas and apple trees, surrounded by tall trees and bushes. During the summer season, this creates a completely private holiday stay with no overlooking.

The house was partially modernised in 2025 and now offers new oak plank flooring, a renovated carpenter-made kitchen from the 1960s, and functional, stylish furniture in a mix of old and new. There are two small bedrooms: one with a large double bed (180 cm wide) and the other with a high-quality sofa bed (150 cm wide). In the living room, there is also a sofa bed (120 cm wide) that can be unfolded if needed.

The house has high-speed internet, two TVs, a small wood-burning stove, and a heat pump for colder evenings and days. As an added bonus, you can use two sea kayaks in very good condition, which can easily be carried the 100 metres down to the fjord. Have a great trip!
