Family-friendly house near the beach and marina

Welcome to a family-friendly vacation home in a lovely vacation home community in Syddjurs—just a 300-meter walk from Skødshoved Beach and the marina.

The house is situated on a lovely, spacious lot with a beautiful covered patio where you can enjoy the sun while staying sheltered. If it’s cool, you can cover the patio with canopies featuring windows to let in natural light. There are plenty of opportunities for barbecuing, as a large, new gas grill is available.

The vacation home consists of three buildings—a main house and two annexes. In the main house, there is a lovely kitchen open to the living room, which features a wood-burning stove and a Chromecast TV that is easy to use. The house also has a heat pump. There is a dishwasher, and in the shed, there is a large 300-liter chest freezer.

The total of 8 sleeping accommodations are distributed across the 3 buildings. In the main building, there are bunk beds that sleep 4 people. In one annex, there is a double bed that sleeps two people. In the other annex, there are two single beds. A children’s/weekend bed is also available. The main house is 50 m², one annex is 35 m², and the other annex is 10 m².

The house has two bathrooms—one in the main house and one in the annex with the double bed. Both bathrooms have a toilet and a shower. One of the annexes also has a washing machine.


Outside, there’s a petanque court, so you can have a little family competition. There are also two slides in the yard where your children can play and have fun. There’s parking for up to three cars at the house.

The house is located close to the marina and the beach, which has nice restroom facilities. Skødshoved Badehotel has both a café and a restaurant, and the attached ice cream shop sells Hansen Is.
From the house, it’s only 5 km to the nearest supermarket and about 300 m to the nearest restaurant.

It’s about 25 km to the charming town of Ebeltoft, which is beautifully situated in the countryside and by the water. The town is known for its charming, narrow, cobblestone streets, its beautifully preserved old half-timbered houses, and, not least, its charming old town hall. Here you can visit the frigate Jylland, and there’s also a glass museum. Finally, there are cafés, restaurants, shops, and galleries—something for everyone.
