THE SPACE
Our 270 m² home is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Its large 80 m² workshop is perfect for hosting dinner parties for up to 12 people, cozy evenings around the wood-burning stoves, or watching movies on the enormous TV with streaming services like Netflix and Canal+, all while enjoying the peaceful views of our beautiful surrounding garden and countryside.
The house features:
- 5 spacious bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms
- 2 separate toilets
Large, private garden surrounded by fields and other gardens, giving a sense of complete immersion in nature
For your comfort, the house is equipped with two wood-burning stoves and a heat pump for winter heating and summer cooling, as it can get quite warm.
Modern amenities include:
- Washing machine & dryer
- Dishwasher
- Coffee machine
- High-speed Wi-Fi

Situated in a small fishing hamlet with traditional houses, the house is only 700 meters from the sea, accessible via a charming path, and 500 meters from the village, which hosts an exceptional Saturday market offering fresh seafood, fish, fruits, and vegetables from the region.
The area offers numerous outdoor activities:
- Horse riding at the nearby riding center
- Sailing lessons at the local sailing school
