Apartment in Picard

The apartment, approximately 98 square meters, is located on the ground floor of our completely modernized farmhouse (built in 1896). The very spacious holiday apartment consists of a living and dining room with a wood-burning stove for cooler days and cozy hours by the crackling fire, comfortable reading chairs, a sofa, and a 55" smart TV; the new, modern fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar is fully equipped; two bedrooms: one with a 1.80 x 2.00 cm box-spring bed and TV, and one with a bunk bed (lower bed 140 x 2.00 cm, upper bed 90 x 2.00 cm) – also well-suited for older children; a hallway; a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet; a separate toilet; and a large, partially covered, shaded terrace with seating, a sun lounger, and a gas grill. Parking is available in front of the house.
