Holiday home in Øer Maritime Ebeltoft

This 70 m² holiday home is located in the heart of Øer Maritime Holiday Village, surrounded by canals, bridges and small islands that create a unique atmosphere. The house is newly renovated, functional and well suited for families or couples seeking an active yet relaxing holiday.

Inside, you’ll find an entrance with space for outerwear, a spacious bathroom and an open kitchen-living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room provides access to the enclosed terrace and front garden, ideal for safe outdoor time.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a loft. The main bedroom features a double bed and wardrobes, while the smaller room has a 120 cm bed and an additional bed above. The loft contains another double bed. All furniture was replaced during the 2021 renovation.

Outdoors, the terrace is furnished with lounge seating, cushions and a grill. Baby equipment can be pre-booked, and the house includes a TV package, Chromecast and wifi. Charging points for electric cars are available in the area.

Guests have access to the holiday village’s many facilities for a small fee: swimming pool, sauna, sports hall with padel, badminton and basketball, plus outdoor tennis, mini golf, football areas, a playground and outdoor chess. Bicycles and equipment can be rented, and the on-site restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining.

Nature is a major highlight of the area. Mols National Park offers varied landscapes with coastal paths, forests and excellent cycling routes. Here you can enjoy hiking, beach days and scenic exploration.

Nearby Ebeltoft is vibrant and full of culture, cafés and attractions such as the Frigate Jylland, the Glass Museum and Maltfabrikken. Family-friendly destinations like Ree Park, Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Djurs Sommerland and the Kattegat Centre are all within easy driving distance.
