Villa in Puy-l'Évêque

Brandnew kitchen in 2020!! Would you like to know how it feels to live in a wine chateau? On a hill with an unprecedented view? And, in addition to a large swimming pool and garden, a 16 ha animal park where lamas, deer, wallabies and African Barbary sheep walk around? This house offers these experiences. During our visit, we were very charmed by a father, mother and daughter Lama. The location is delightful; hills with vineyards, castles, old villages with squares, terraces and shops, meandering rivers you can canoe or swim in. The garden adjoins a fended animal park, only accessible to the owners and the temporary residents of the villa. Walk here and be amazed by the wonderful animals that live here. Bordering the park and ending at the villa is a large lawn where children can play. There are swings in between the trees. The holiday home has a large entrance with a covered terrace; ideal for al fresco dining. There is a slightly higher terrace that should be called the panoramic terrace; what a view, unbelievable! The swimming pool with sun terrace is slightly lower. This is also where the pool house is with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a small guest residence near the entrance; intimate with a bedroom and a bathroom. The villa itself also offers three suites; a large living room with conservatory and a large kitchen complete the whole. This is unique.
