Charming summer house close to the beach - ideal for a family holiday
This charming, older house is located in the second row from the beach – only about 150 meters from the water – on a large, south-facing natural plot.

The house:
The house has four separate bedrooms: Two rooms with a double bed. Two rooms with a single bed.
One bedroom is particularly large and furnished with an office space and a TV with PlayStation and Chromecast.
There is a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and dryer, and there is also a small guest toilet.
The kitchen and living room are connected and form the natural living space of the house. The living room is furnished with a fireplace, sofa, TV with Chromecast and a dining table with space for up to 8 people. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace.
The house is old and has undergone ongoing modernization, but the age of the house can be seen. It has been personally decorated as it is our second home, and we therefore hope that you will take good care of both the house and its furnishings during your stay.

Important to note:
Smoking is not allowed in the house. Not even e-cigarettes or vapes
Rental to youth groups is not permitted.
Parties are not allowed.
A floor plan is included in the pictures. Carport and workshop are not available to tenants.

Parking:
There is a courtyard with space for one car. Smaller cars can also be parked on the east side of the house, as long as there is free passage for residents of no. 99D.

The garden:
The house is located on a large, south-facing natural plot with a large covered terrace, furnished with a lounge area, dining table and grill. The garden is fenced, but there may be small openings in the fence. Therefore, please be aware if you bring a dog, which may tend to roam.

Activities and experiences:
The beach and the water are the area's biggest attraction. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling on the dike, as well as in Bøtøskoven, which is located approx. 3.5 km south of the house.
The local area also includes paddle tennis courts, mini golf, soccer golf, an 18-hole golf course, go-karting, a fishing lake, bowling and a fantastic bird sanctuary – all within a short driving distance.

Shopping and dining:
Larger grocery stores (Netto and Rema), butcher (Schou's), shops and restaurants can be found at Larsens Plads in Marielyst, approx. 2 km north of the house.
A smaller supermarket (Min Købmand) is located about a 10-minute walk from the house and sells breakfast bread all year round.
In addition, there is a bakery about 5 minutes walk from the house (Bøtø Møllevej 1B), which is open during the high season.

Charging an electric car:
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, and charging via so-called ‘granny chargers’ is not permitted.
