Family-friendly holiday home with pool & spa

Søndervig is a popular holiday destination with wide sandy beaches and excellent opportunities for surfing and kiteboarding. The town has a relaxed atmosphere and a wide selection of shops, restaurants and entertainment, and there are plenty of activities such as mini golf and go-karting. The area also offers beautiful nature that invites long walks and bike rides. The holiday home has a pool area with a spa, sauna and swimming pool that can be enjoyed by all ages. The house is energy-efficient with solar panels and an economical air-to-water heat pump for heating the pool. For the youngest guests there is a sandbox and a swing, and the large, enclosed terrace ensures safety for both children and pets. The house has been continuously renovated and has four bedrooms — three with double beds and one with a bunk bed. The kitchen was last modernized in 2019. The living room has large windows that create a bright and inviting atmosphere, and the lovely view can be enjoyed from both the sofa and the dining table. A wood-burning stove adds to the cosy atmosphere in the living room. Please note that the house is not rented to youth groups.
