This spacious summer house in Houstrup is perfect for a large family holiday or a friends' getaway and accommodates up to 26 people. The heart of the house is the large open kitchen/dining area with an XL kitchen and a cozy sofa corner overlooking the pool area with a heated pool and a water slide. There is also an outdoor wellness area with a spa and sauna, as well as a terrace with garden furniture and a grill. For competitive guests the activity room offers billiards, table tennis, darts, table football and various game consoles, plus a bar where you can enjoy your favorite drinks. The house has 10 bedrooms spread across 3 sleeping areas, including a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed, and two mezzanine lofts that are popular with children and teens. There is the option to charge an electric car, and outside you’ll find a trampoline, swings and a sandbox. Please note the house is still under construction and the photos shown are demo images; the floor plan is correct. The house is not rented to youth groups.
