There is also a pool room with a water slide and a counter-current system, as well as a 40 m² training area equipped for both cardio and strength workouts. For the little ones there is a trampoline, sandpit and play tower. The living/dining area is the heart of the house where everyone can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers and separate fridge and freezer. The living room offers comfortable seating, a 65" smart TV and a wood-burning stove. There is also an activity room with darts, pool, table tennis, table football and an arcade machine. Outside you will find a 118 m² terrace with patio heaters and partial cover, and several cooking options including a traditional charcoal grill, a BonBiza fire-pit grill and a wood-fired stone oven. The garden has several cosy seating areas, including a lounge with pallet sofas and a tipi fireplace, as well as a fire pit. The house has five double bedrooms and four sleeping places in two lofts.
