Luxury summer house by the North Sea, 16 guests

This luxurious holiday home at Houstrup Strand is ideal for a getaway of up to 16 people. Located close to the North Sea and Blåvand, the house offers plenty of activities both indoors and outdoors. Inside you can enjoy a 17 m² saltwater pool with Roman steps, a swim trainer and a water slide, as well as an activity room with billiards, table tennis, table football and darts. There is also a cosy bar and a TV corner for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of space for cooking and a wine cooler. Outside you'll find an outdoor hot tub, an outdoor sauna, a partly covered terrace with garden furniture and a grill, and a garden with a trampoline and play tower. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 extra sleeping places on a loft. Please note that the lawn was sown in January 2023. The house is not rented to youth groups.
