This luxurious summer house is the ideal choice for a large family or group of friends and can accommodate up to 26 people. The house features a pool area, sauna and spa as well as an activity room with billiards, table tennis, table football and darts. There is also a bar and a cosy sofa seating area, and the kitchen is well equipped to cook for many guests with two dishwashers, ovens, sinks and refrigerators. The living area is bright and inviting with a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings, and the partially covered terrace is perfect for barbecue nights while the children can play on the trampoline. The house has 10 bedrooms, 6 extra sleeping places on a mezzanine in the activity room and four bathrooms. Please note that the house is not rented to youth groups.
