This spacious holiday home can accommodate up to 24 guests and 3 pets, making it ideal for several families or larger groups of friends. The house has nine bedrooms spread across three separate sections, each with its own bathroom, and there are four bathrooms in total, so there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Treat yourselves to the home's luxury amenities: a hot tub, sauna and indoor pool. In the games room you can enjoy table tennis, table football, billiards, darts and a PlayStation 4. The kitchen-dining area is the heart of the house with lots of space for cooking together and socialising; it is equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens, two sinks and two refrigerators. Outside there is a tiled terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture—perfect for cosy evenings. The holiday home is located in the new Ostsee Resort Olpenitz holiday area close to a lovely beach and shopping such as a grocer and a bakery, and the charming town of Kappeln is easy to reach. Please note that the house is not rented to youth groups.
